Sunday March 18th Double Ride

On Sunday I went on two mean rides. The first was in the morning with Lex, we rode the new trail over behind LAMF. We rode to the top of this new trail and back around, all the way to the hill climbs. Then I guessed on which rode to take, and we looped back around to where we had started. Then later that day I took the same ride with Spencer. I then got home and was wiped out. Around 9:00PM I started feelin funny and threw up all of my dinner and then some.
